Minkosmacs.com offer a standard 14-day warranty for all customers, this includes the repair, replacement or a credit note to the value of your purchase.

The warranty we issue does not include parts subject to wear and tear or consumables such as batteries, hard drives, CD drives, chargers and power supplies.

You are covered under the warranty for the Motherboard, LCD Screen and Processor faults.

Please note software is not covered within our warranty.

The postage costs of any machines returned to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any machines, so we stress, please be sure you choose the right machine for you. We are happy to discuss your needs and recommend the perfect machine.

We also recommend you back up your files on a regular basis to avoid loss of data, as we cannot be held responsible for such events.
